During a 2002 mid-October storm, two Yellow-billed Cuckoos arrived.  One was missing a few tail feathers and flopped about at the edge of a freshwater pond before flying somewhat unsteadily away.  Although found once in May (an individual which died shortly after being sighted alive), this species has been seen regularly in August through October.
