As usual, the last talk of the evening—a review of the past year—presented a variety of highlights. For year 2007 these included an unusual beaching of many 1000s of huge surf clams, a new atmospheric pollutants sampling program at the Sable Island Station, a mysterious stand of Snapdragons, and recent artistic and scientific activities featuring the Sable horses.
