While fresh fuel was pumped into the new facility, the old fuel storage unit at the secondary helipad was decommissioned (emptied). Six 45 gallon (205 litre) drums were loaded into a metal "basket". Inside the basket, the drums were placed within huge "Texas Tea Bags" to provide spill containment, and fuel from the old unit was pumped into the drums.
