Tangles of latex balloons and ribbons are common amongst the marine litter which washes ashore. The white balloons in this bundle are a puzzle.
They appear to represent an occasion (perhaps a wedding) involving "Jason
and Josie". The date on the balloons is "10/20/00" (i.e. October 20th), but they were found on the beach on September 19th - a month BEFORE the date printed on the balloons.
