In August 2001, a 600 g package of vanilla cookies was found at the high tide line, recently washed ashore. The package was intact and the cookies were dry, so we `tested' a couple, and soon ate them all - as good as if they'd been off the shelf of a mainland grocery store! Flotsam and jetsam can be tasty. |
