Wave data plots for September 10th to 14th at the Venture location. On September 12th, as Hurricane Gustav approached Sable Island bringing high seas and winds with an hourly peak of 54 knots, the waverider data showed significant wave heights (Hsig) of near 10m, and maximum wave heights (Hmax) of over 15m.
