Once the tower has been raised, the end of the gin pole (which incorporates one of the four sets of guy lines) is secured to the guy anchor. For some of the guy anchors two additional screw anchors were added to either side of the main anchor. Each of the guy line anchors are 18.3 m from the base of the tower.
